Buying a house can be a trying experience at
any time, but even more so in a foreign country – let us
ease the way for you.
 Since
November 2001, as a major part of our Translation and Interpreting
Business, we offer a “Made-to-Measure” property search
service covering every aspect of property finding and buying in
Central Brittany.
We are not Notaires or Estate Agents and do not keep lists of
properties for sale. The properties we have on record are those
researched for previous clients and which are still on the market.
We do not receive commission or any other payment from Notaires
with whom we work, but charge a research fee of 50€ payable
on receipt of first property details by the client. Other fees
depend upon the amount of work required. Please see our terms and conditions for full details. We do not employ any other
staff – all communication is directly with Maureen or Bob
Draisey, and our service does not stop with the purchase of your
property; we continue to offer any other help you need, for as
long as you need it.
Our clients have bought properties ranging from
‘one-up, one-down’ cottages to five-bedroomed homes
and from ruins for renovation to immediately habitable ‘executive’
houses, at prices ranging from 9,000€ to 190,000€.
Our clients tell us what they are seeking and we then research
through the many Notaires with whom we have contact. To avoid
time-wasting visits to unsuitable properties we make every effort
to visit them first, to ensure that they are as advertised, before
sending details to clients, who then choose those which they would
like to visit.
